# Senior Consultants Assistant Water Hygiene Centre Careers

## Job Description - What This Position Involves

Overview: The Senior Consultants Assistant is a vital role being responsible for supporting the Senior Consultants & Managing Director in their day-to-day roles by providing essential administrative and logistical assistance, and keeping their diaries and schedules up to date.

This role is a full-time position

Based at: Charlbury, OX7 3EW

 

Job Purpose:

- Support the Senior Consultants & Managing Director with the client contacts - being the first point of contact.
- To excel in efficient support for the Senior Consultants

 

**Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:

**

1. Scheduling client contracts for the Senior Consultants - with daily diary management to accommodate changes to schedules
2. Handling and responding to correspondence from clients [phone / email].
3. Setting timely tasks and reminders for Senior Consultants to assist with the delivery of contract commitments .
4. Making travel & hotel arrangements for the Senior Consultants.
5. Take notes from clients meetings and the preparation of minutes for the Senior Consultants to review and approve.
6. Daily review of Senior Consultants time claims to ensure they are completed.
7. Manage your own time to ensure objectives are met.
8. Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills. 
9. Operate at all times within QMS.
10. Monitor and report your Gateway 2 Compliance to the SMT.
