Overview: Seeking a Training Academy Manager. This role is a part-time position.
Reports to:Commercial Director
Based at:Charlbury, OX7 3EW
Job Purpose:
Establish training course plans for external courses.
Promote existing training courses and launch of new courses
Administration of all external training courses
Administration of all internal CPD training
Reporting on the required aspects of training
Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Establish a 12-month schedule for all our external courses [hosted via Microsoft Teams]. The subsequent promotion of these courses through our Social Media channels, all administration of the courses to ensure our delegates journey accountabilities leading up to the course, start of the course and post course is a delight. Follow up to the course will include written assessment papers being returned, marking co-ordination, application for digital badges / credentials from external bodies as well as issuing feedback surveys for the courses.
Supporting the Marketing Executive with seeking networking events to present at and the administration of these events for the speaker.
Use and maintenance of the CRM.
Produce reliable data for reporting at monthly meetings on planned training courses and their performance.
Liaise with the Digital Marketeer on development of the website, social media. promotional materials relating to the training courses.
Administration of all internal training needs for the team, reviewing their CPD plans, ensuring access to online training courses is available ahead of any anniversary dates and reporting at monthly meetings on status of CPD.
Liaise with other team members as required.
Manage your own time to ensure objectives are met.
Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
Operate at all times within QMS.
Monitor and report your Gateway 2 Compliance to the SMT.
