Practical Approaches to Water Safety-2

The Water Hygiene Centre have been awarded SafePQQ accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.

Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third-party accreditation scheme that recognises extremely
rigorous standards in health and safety management and are used by thousands of organisations in the UK including SMEs and FTSE 100 companies.

"Our accreditation gives peace of mind to our clients that we’re a safe water hygiene company to use.  We’re committed to continuously improving health and safety standards across the business. Well done to the team - this is a great achievement for us all and we look forward to working with new and existing clients" - Daniel Pitcher, Managing Director.

Gemma Archibald, Director of Alcumus SafeContractor said: “Major organisations simply cannot
afford to run the risk of employing consultants who are not able to prove that they have sound
health and safety policies in place. More companies need to understand the importance of adopting good risk management in the way that the Water Hygiene Centre has done. Their high standard has set an example which hopefully will be followed by other companies within the sector".

To obtain this accreditation we have undergone a vetting process which examines our health and safety procedures and track record for safe practice. Only companies who meet the high standard are awarded the SafePQQ accreditation, an extension of the SafeContractor health and safety contractor management system.
